Mission Church Orlando's
Ministries
Creative Arts

The Creative Arts team at Missions Church Orlando is made up of a group of passionate, laid-down lovers who minister so effectively and beautifully to Jesus, their Bridegroom, King and God. True worshipers, who love the pure presence of God and who love taking people on a journey with them into the river that flows from the throne of God! We're honored to have each one of them share their gifts and calling with us as they lead us into glorious places!
Children's Equipping Center

At Missions Church Orlando we fully expect and give place for God to fulfill His promise to pour out His Spirit on ALL flesh (Joel 2:28) which includes the young of all ages.
We are intent on training our children to be disciples who stand strong and life victorious lives, as a vital part of God’s Kingdom in the end-time Church.
With the love of God as our sure foundation, our Children’s Ministry exists for one purpose: To teach children how to know Jesus, how to make Him known while living fruitful and abundant lives with Jesus Christ as Lord.

Missions

Missions Church Orlando is involved with missions locally, nationally, and globally, where we bring the love and life changing message of Jesus Christ. Opportunities exist for training and equipping each member for this task.
We currently support Missionaries in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Thailand, Dominican Republic, Peru and the U.S..
“The Spirit of Christ is the spirit of missions. The nearer we get to Him, the more intensely missionary we become.” - Henry Martyn, a missionary to India and Persia.

Prayer

Acts 6:4: "but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word."
Prayer is central and it is vital to everything we do at Missions Church Orlando. Jeremiah 33:3 says "Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know." Who better to call upon and ask how to build the church then the Head of the Church - Jesus Christ Himself. He said, "His house would be a house of prayer for all nations" (Mark 11:17). He was quoting Isaiah who said, "Even them I will bring to My holy mountain and make them joyful in My house of prayer." (Isaiah 56:7 ) Prayer is a joy to us! Certainly nothing boring or laborious about it!
One day as I was praying I saw a wide, broad field. The Holy Spirit spoke to my heart and told me this was what we were building through prayer - a massively large platform from which God could and would move. The greatest advances we make are always first in prayer and in the realm of the Spirit and then in the natural for God can do nothing except that men (humanity) prays.
We are building a corporate prayer altar on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM. We also pray before each service, to make room for and invite God Most High into our services. Our hearts desire is to encounter His tangible presence each time we meet, to go as wide, as long, as deep and as high as we possibly can! Come join us on this adventure of prayer! - Pastor Helen Marshall
